रायपुर, 05 अप्रैल 2017। छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. रमन सिंह हर मंगलवार रात राज्य के नक्सल हिंसा पीड़ित जिला मुख्यालय बीजापुर मं दू जिला दंतेवाड़ा अऊ बीजापुर के अधिकारी मन के संघरा समीक्षा बैठक लीस। डॉ. सिंह हर बीजापुर जिला के भैरमगढ़ ल राजस्व अनुविभाग के दर्जा देहे के घलोक घोषणा करिन अऊ अधिकारी मल ल उहां नवा कार्यालय बर जरूरी व्यवस्था करे के आदेश घलोक दीन। मुख्यमंत्री के अध्यक्षता मं जिला पंचायत बीजापुर के सभाकक्ष मं ये समीक्षा बैठक लोक सुराज अभियान के तहत आयोजित करे गए रहिस। उमन कहिन कि बीजापुर जिला के टीकाकरण मॉडल ल बस्तर संभाग के बांचे छै जिला मन मं घलोक अपनाए जाना चाही। डॉ. सिंह हर कहिन कि उद्यानिकी विभाग बीजापुर जिला के ग्रामीण मन ल ऊंखरेच गांव मं मिर्चा के खेती बर मदद करय। मुख्यमंत्री हर दंतेवाड़ा अऊ बीजापुर जिला मन मं हल्बी अऊ गोंडी बोली मन के जानकार युवा मन ल चिन्हांकित करके ओ मन ल सरकारी योजना मन के प्रचार-प्रसार बर प्रेरक (मोटीवेटर) के रूप मं प्रशिक्षित करे के जरूरत उपर घलोक बल दीन। डॉ. सिंह हर एखर खातिर उहां के आजीविका (लाईवलीहुड) कॉलेज मन मं प्रशिक्षण शुरू करे के निर्देश दीन।
मुख्यमंत्री हर कहिन कि ये प्रेरक हर महीना कम से कम 100 ग्रामीण मन ल योजना मन के लाभ लेहे बर तैयार करहीं। डॉ. रमन सिंह हर दंतेवाड़ा जिला के समीक्षा के बेरा उहां के तीन बड़े गांव -पालनार, बड़ेकमेली अऊ नेरली मं टेलीमेडिसीन सेवा शुरू करे के तैयारी म घलोक खुशी जताईस। उमन जिला कलेक्टर ले कहिन कि एक महिना के भीतर ए सेवा ल उहां शुरू करे जाय।

Chief Minister chairs review meeting of Dantewada-Bijapur districts : Bhairamgarh to be given status of Revenue Sub-Division

Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh chaired a joint review meeting of officials from two districts- Dantewada and Bijapur at naxal-affected district headquarters Bijapur yesterday evening. In the meeting, Dr Singh announced that Bhairamgarh will be given the status of Revenue Sub-Division and he ordered officials to make necessary arrangements for new office. He praised the development works related to roads, electricity, drinking water, education and health sectors being done in both the districts and said that these development works are exemplary for the entire nation.This review meet chaired by Dr Singh was held at the conference hall of Jila Panchayat Bijapur, under Lok Suraaj Abhiyaan. He was happy to learn about the child vaccination camps being held in haat-bazaars of Bijapur district by women health workers and the positive results of the same. Chief Minister said- this vaccination model of Bijapur district should be adopted in remaining six districts of Bastar Division as well. Dr Singh said- the villagers of Bijapur district often move to neighbouring state Andhra Pradesh for cultivation of chilies. Horticulture Department should help that in farming of chillies in their village itself. Chief Minister also emphasized the need of identifying youth who know halbi and gondi dialects and train them as 'motivators' to promote government schemes. Dr Singh directed Collectors of both the districts to start the training of motivators in Livelihood Colleges. Chief Minister said that Halbi Gondi dialects are widely used as a medium of communication by residents of Bastar Division. Promotion of government schemes in these dialects will help more needy people to avail the benefits of scheme. Motivators will be paid honorarium. Every month these motivators will prepare at least 100 villagers for availing the schemes.

During the meeting, Dr Singh also pleased to know about the soon-to-be-started telemedicine service in three big villages namely Palnar, Badekameli and Nerali. He directed District Collector to begin this service within one month. This service will enable people of these three villages to get advice from physicians of reputed hospitals in Mumbai and Delhi. Doctors of the district will be able to get advice from doctors of famous hospitals of metro-cities so as to provide better treatments to patients suffering from critical diseases.

Chief Minister also gave instructions to complete construction work under Samuh Jal Praday Yojana of Nareli-Dhurli approved for 32 villages of Dantewada district. Dr Singh also underlined the need of appointing more number of domestic LPG dealers under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. He said that under this scheme, women of poor families are provided LPG gas connection, double burner stoves and first filled cylinder at the nominal registration cost of Rs 200. To ensure regular supply of cylinder to beneficiary families, number of gas dealers should be increased, said Dr Singh. Dr Singh also reviewed the road construction works of both the districts. In the meeting, Forest Minister and Bijapur MLA Mr. Mahesh Gagda, Chief Secretary Mr. Vivek Dhand, Principal Secretary of Home Department Mr. BVR Subramaniyam, Secretary to Chief Minister Mr. Subodh Kumar Singh, Tourism, Culture and Public Relations Department Secretary Mr. Santosh Mishra, Director General of Police (DGP) Mr. AN Upadhyay, DGP (Naxal Operation) Mr. DM Awasthi, Commissioner Bastar Division Mr. Dileep Vasnikar, Dantewada Collector Mr. Saurabh Kumar, Bijapur Collector Dr Ayaz Tamboli, Inspector General of Police (IG) Mr. P Sundarraj and officials of concerned departments were also present.
